Being able to control the moisture level during processing is essential to making sure the quality of Champion's forage products during transportation. Champion Hay Processors is the only exporter in Canada who utilizes a drying drum in conjunction with an auxiliary cube dryer to assure an acceptable moisture level in export and domestic hay cubes.

Using state-of-the-art equipment, Champion is able to compress timothy bales for easy handling and packing into ocean containers in preparation for shipping. With three cubing machines and a baled hay-compressing machine, Champion is able to consistently offer a variety of cube sizes and baled hay export packages. As always, our commitment to international quality standards ensures that the hay is still in excellent condition when it arrives at its final destination.
